From Elizondo we will go to Amaiur, starting the visit at the mill and then cross the village to the monolith that marks the remains Amaiur Castle, one of the last strongholds of the Kingdom of Navarra and from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the valley.

We will continue towards France to Zugarramurdi, known as the town of witches because of the tragic story of 31 residents accused of practicing witchcraft by the Inquisition tribunal in 1610. Along of the big mansions, the most remarkable is undoubtedly the caves and the Museum of Witches.

A little further north, we find the village of Urdazubi-Urdax. Several medieval bridges cross this locality with great noble houses surrounding them as well as a ninth century monastery. Very close to it is the former mill where they show the traditional eighteenth century milling process of wheat and corn.
